Compact idea workspace and artifact library
- Version information now uses major.minor.patch numbering and a single updated timestamp.
- Smaller idea title with status and actions alongside; created and updated dates and the idea journey now live in One-Pager.
- Decision, Boardroom, Execution, and Artifacts group their views in dropdowns, removing separate submenu rows.
- Board Map remains the initial desktop view, with a consolidated session toolbar. Phones retain the compact advisor list.
- Artifacts opens directly to the library with one creation entry point, searchable templates, and document shortcuts.
- Branding and preview allowance appear during creation; saved artifacts retain individual export controls.
Known limitations
- Print-to-PDF pagination remains visually unverified.

User handbook and release visibility
- User menus now show the release version, release date and time, build identifier, and a link to release notes.
- The Guide includes 43 expandable articles covering workspace invitations, roles, collaboration, decisions, execution, and administration.
- Search, related article links, a 17-term glossary, and a downloadable handbook make help easier to find and share.
- Pipeline and Work remain in the top navigation; other destinations are grouped under More. The logo returns Home.
- Restored Explore All Features in the Guide.

- Print / save PDF is available; PDF pagination has not been visually verified.
