These are the default General Business persona pack. A workspace owner can switch to a different pack (Manufacturing, Indian Government & Public Sector) in Settings — same seven roles, different names and framing.

Pro Tips

  • 1Start on the Dashboard to see the big picture before diving into individual ideas.
  • 2Choose your mode carefully — Build, Decision, or Business shapes the entire AI pipeline.
  • 3Build mode runs FORGE, PULSE, SHIELD, RAZE — perfect for "how do I build this?" questions.
  • 4Decision mode runs NOVA, LEDGER, SPARK, RAZE — gives you a comparison matrix, not a business plan.
  • 5Business mode runs all 7 agents — the full boardroom experience for ventures and strategies.
  • 6Brief ALL agents first — the Boardroom Cockpit at the top shows vote tally + convergence/conflict/cross-desk chips at a glance.
  • 7Click a cockpit chip to ring-glow the relevant seats — perfect when you want to jump straight to the specialists behind a convergence or conflict.
  • 8Referrals are the highest-signal artifact on the Agents tab — a domain expert explicitly flagging what needs another expert's eye.
  • 9Each workspace evolves its own voice for each agent over time — after a few briefings, your NOVA sounds distinctly like your NOVA.
  • 10Workspace Settings → Auto-consult referrals turns parallel monologues into a threaded discussion. Owner-only, doubles cost when referrals land.
  • 11Use Synthesize after briefing — Build mode gives tech blueprints, Decision mode gives comparison matrices.
  • 12Generate the action plan AFTER briefing — it adapts to your mode (implementation phases vs. evaluation framework).
  • 13Chat with RAZE if you need a reality check — it's brutally honest in every mode.
  • 14Use Quick Wins from the plan to build momentum in the first hours.
  • 15Export as PDF to share polished idea briefs with stakeholders.
  • 16Try Slate theme for daily work, Workspace for a bright Google-like feel.
  • 17Use IdeaBot to change agent sentiments — "Ask FORGE if this is feasible" may update their verdict.
  • 18Check the Canvas tab for a bird's-eye view — empty sections show what work remains.
  • 19Upload your PRD before briefing agents — they'll analyze it alongside your idea.
  • 20Click priority badges to cycle them instantly — no need to expand the task.
  • 21Use "Select" mode in tasks to bulk-delete or bulk-move tasks to a different status.
  • 22Use the Issues tab to track bugs and challenges discovered during development.
  • 23Park future thoughts instead of adding them to your description — keep the core idea clean.
  • 24Use the AI Review button in Parking Lot to find duplicates and items ready for promotion.
  • 25Tell IdeaBot "save this for later" or "park this for phase 2" — it knows to use the Parking Lot.
  • 26Use the search bar in the header to find any idea across every workspace you belong to — it matches keywords and meaning, not just exact text.
  • 27No password to remember: sign in with an emailed magic link, or type the 6-digit PIN sent alongside it if you opened the email on another device.
  • 28Team plans get an org-level Settings → Licensing console for seats, activation codes, and usage — ask your admin if you don't see it.
