- Where to find it
- Logo → Home; Pipeline → open an idea
- Who can use it
- Contributor or Owner for changes
Understand the concept
An idea can be a business proposal, an operational problem, or a decision. You do not need a startup idea.
Step by step
- Select the correct workspace before capturing anything.
- Capture the question, options, constraints, and what you already know. Review the sharpened brief before saving.
- Use Boardroom to examine the question from several perspectives. Check important claims against your evidence.
- Record the Human decision, including who owns the next step, who reviews it, and how success will be measured.
- Create a plan, assign a small first task, and track it in Work.
- Review the output and record the outcome when enough evidence is available.
What success looks like
A recorded decision with an owner, a next action, and a way to judge the result.
Example
A COO asks whether to trial a new supplier. The first task is to collect comparable quotes, not to replace the supplier immediately.

AI recommendations are inputs to your judgment. An AI confidence score does not authorize spending or prove an outcome.
